Normally we deliver the product directly through our own delivery teams. If the customer’s location is too far from the stipulated delivery limit of our delivery teams, it may 2-3 business days for your products to reach you.

Delivery charge varies with each product and customers location. We incur relatively high shipping costs on low-value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge help us offset logistics costs.

Currently, we charge a flat shipping rate of QAR 30  and QAR 50 depending on the location for all orders below 1000 QAR. It’s in our sole discretion to update this amount from time to time unless there is a specific order from the government regulators.

We generally confirm the order, pack the product and ship the items as soon as possible on business days (normally within 24 hour) or within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Fridays. Estimated delivery time depends on the products availability with us and the destination to which you want the order shipped to.

We will still provide you delivery, but the charges of delivery will depend on the distance of your location.We may use a third party delivery partner in a few cases.In such cases, shipping information will be shared with the customer.
